LawnWise keeps adding customers, and the team grows with them. From the office on Mission Court in Franklin, our specialists cover 16 towns across 6 counties, from Gallatin in the north to Spring Hill in the south.
We hire for three roles: lawn care technician, sales team member and customer service representative. Whichever you join, you’ll help customers get the lawns they want, working beside people with over 75 years in the industry between them.
Open positions
You’ll treat lawns for customers across Middle Tennessee: fertilizing, aerating, seeding, and tree and shrub maintenance, round after round through the season. We want someone who likes working outdoors, notices the small things on a property and cares how the lawn turns out. Lawn care or landscaping experience helps but isn’t required; we train you and back you up.

You’ll help the company grow: finding new customers, building relationships with them and closing sales for our lawn care programs. Clear communication, a sales track record and a real interest in serving customers matter most. Sales experience is preferred but not required, and we train you on the programs and support you while you learn.

We want clear communication, a friendly, professional manner and a customer-first mindset. Customer service experience is a plus, and we welcome people who are eager to learn and grow into the role.
